This villa is one of the 3 modern, newly built luxury villas. The clear, minimalist character of the space dictates the form of the house in natural concrete treating the wall and the roof equally. Gray concrete remains visible as a modern association on the stone in enviroment and the island Pag in the distance.

This villa is built on a land plot of 350 sqm with 132 sqm of modern interior.

It consist of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and a living room and another bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. From the ground floor the stairs go down to the most important room in the house. It's a tavern with luxury equipped kitchen with dinning table, open wood fireplace, half bathroom and laundry room. This area has direct access to beautiful garden, terrace with lounge area, sundeck and private swimming pool.

The project was conceived and implemented by a famous Croatian architect, creating modern, beautiful and functional villas in a minimalist design perfectly incorporated in its surroundings. The design is based on the idea of traditional seaside house located on cascading terrain and oriented towards the sea. Each villa has its own courtyard and terrace with private outdoor swimming pool. 

What most adorns all three villas is the unobstructed panoramic view of Adriatic Sea, island of Pag and untouched nature from all sides, as well as direct access to the sea and beach.
